UK availability
Following our in-depth review of the Radeon HD 5870, as well as our CrossFireX analysis, we've taken a look at availability and pricing of AMD's latest-greatest, only to find that the range-topping card is nearly impossible to find.
But how about the one that's currently being overlooked - the Radeon HD 5850? The trimmed-down version, on paper, doesn't offer quite as much raw performance as the full-fat Radeon HD 5870, but it's theoretically quick and delivers DirectX 11 goodness in a lower power envelope.
If you've opted for the underdog, here's what you can expect to pay for a Radeon HD 5850 on day one.
