SSDs are coming thick and fast, and Samsung's latest high-capacity offering is no slouch. The 256GB SSD, pictured below, is targeting the gaming crowd with Samsung claiming that users will benefit from "reduced loading times and faster game performance."

Samsung has opted not to go into hardware specifics, but we'd be surprised to find anything other than Samsung's own Flash memory and controller within. Sequential read and write speeds, meanwhile, are listed as 220MB/s and 200MB/s, respectively.

That's super quick, but we've yet to hear any mention of availability or pricing.

THIS IS USELESS WITHOUT PRICING really, it is
This is useless without random (sustained) read & write figures, which is what affects real life performance.
