As expected, OCZ has today expanded on its range of solid state drives (SSDs) with the launch of its Vertex Turbo Edition line.

The drives, available in 30GB, 60GB, 120GB and 250GB capacities, are similar to their Vertex predecessors but feature proprietary FTL-level firmware and a quicker 64MB of SDR DRAM cache - now operating at 180MHz as opposed to the Vertex's 166MHz.

With the Turbo adjustments, OCZ reckons the larger 120GB and 250GB drives can hit read and write speeds of up to 270MB/s and 200MB/s, respectively.

There's no mention of pricing or availability yet, but the Turbo line will, of course, warrant a premium over standard Vertex drives. Speaking of which, if you want to know everything there is to know about OCZ's 120GB Vertex SSD, be sure to check out our in-depth review.

Maybe the new speeds can be brought to the slower drives seen as its a firmware change, not to sure about the RAM speed though- maybe an overclock :D
Given that there are now so many OCZ SSDs, we need is the following table:

Model | Size | Cache | Read | Write | Price | Special Feature

That way I'll be able to decide which one I want.
Good idea, just add which controller it's using. (Maybe also IOPS, too??)
