Now we're talking. We anticipated very decent gaming performance, and the GT725 delivers. At 1,024x768, the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850 produces almost double the frame rate of the erstwhile Mobility Radeon HD 3850 found in the MSI GT735.

At the notebook's native resolution of 1,680x1,050, it performs a mighty 106 per cent quicker than the GeForce 9600M GT-powered Zepto Nox A15.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare tells a similar tale, the 512MB Mobility Radeon HD 4850 makes MSI's GT725 the only notebook in our trio to deliver smooth and perfectly-playable frame rates at 1,680x1,050.
