If you're in the market for a Radeon HD 4870 that's tailored for a liquid-cooled system, take a look at PowerColor's LCD HD 4870.
The single-slot card, pictured below, takes AMD's high-end RV770 XT GPU and attaches an EK Water Block that promises to provide plenty of overclocking potential.
The water block encompasses the memory and power regulator, and features a copper base to help keep temperatures low - though, we've yet to see any real-world performance figures.
PowerColor has thrown in high-flow 3/8in and 1/2in barbs into the LCD HD 4870 package, and it should fit easily into most liquid-cooled systems.
Out-the-box frequencies are higher than AMD's reference, with core and memory clocking in at 800MHz and 950MHz, respectively. The card's equipped with 512MB of GDDR5, and will retail at $369 - approximately $100 more than a stock-clocked and air-cooled alternative.
It could be an ideal upgrade to an existing liquid-cooled setup.
