UK Pricing Comparison

HEXUS put AMD's Radeon HD 4000 series through its paces earlier today and surmised that the Radeon HD 4850 opens up a can of whoop-ass on the older Radeon HD 3870.

The card's dizzying combination of performance and price gave it a bang4buck rating that outshone even its bigger brother, the Radeon HD 4870.

NVIDIA still holds the high-end performance crown thanks to its GTX 280, but when it comes to performance-per-pound, the Radeon HD 4850 and 4870 are the cards that many will want to buy.

So, now that AMD has officially launched the HD 4000 series, we take a look at HD 4850 availability and pricing from some of the leading online retailers. Please be aware that the following tables are correct as of 13:00, Wednesday June 25th.
