NZXT was founded just a little over four years ago, but that hasn't stopped that Taiwan-based manufacturer of gaming chassis from gunning for the likes of Cooler Master and Antec.

The company, which claims to be "built on realising the dreams of gamers worldwide", has announced its latest high-performance premium gaming chassis, the NZXT Khaos. As you'd expect, it claims that Khaos "Khaos features breakthrough design in every category effectively satisfying the needs of the most power hungry PC Enthusiasts and Gamers."

The Sandcrawler-resembling Khaos, pictured above, is made entirely of 2mm and 3mm aluminium. It boasts a whopping eleven 5.25in drive bays, and has dual power supply support - just what you'll need for an SLI'd GTX 280 rig.

There's two 120mm LED fans at the front, but, get this, there's a three-fan bracket placed in the middle of the case to keep that air-flow moving. The bracket doesn't come fitted with fans, sadly, but it'll support three of the 120mm kind if you demand that extra bit of chill factor.

Khaos measures 225 x 612 x 597mm, so you probably won't be taking it to LAN parties. Nonetheless, if the size doesn't deter you, there's a carry-handle and rubber wheels to help keep you mobile.

NZXT expects the chassis to reach the US in mid-June with a retail price of $399. There's no word on UK pricing or availability just yet, but we'll be keeping an eye out for it.

Agreed, lovely =] Good community forums NZXT has too :D
I think it should be bigger.

Personally I'd lose the blue fans but other than that I rather like it!

Does need to be bigger, also mesh or side window and where can one put water cooling? I wonder if that triple fan bracket can hold a triple rad!
