Signing NDA (non-disclosure agreements) with multinational companies is tantamount to signing your life away. Breach one abstruse clause and you're likely to find yourself in Bangkok Hilton, sharing a cell with Interpol's most wanted.

That's why we find it restrictive to publish any morsels from companies such as AMD, under threat as we are from punitive and draconian retribution of the highest order.

But isn't it just wonderful when a company actively promotes an NDA-embargoed product right on its international web site?

Well, head on over to here to learn about something that goes by the name of AMD Phenom. Download a bunch of utilities while you're at it, folks. They've been around since September, apparently.

Of course, we know nothing about such a native quad-core processor based on a monolithic design, Mr. AMD lawyer, for we'd rather not have a one-way flight to the luxurious environs that constitute the internal decor of the Bangkok Hilton.

Pass the soap, Sandhu!
