Miodrag Relic, marketing manager, Cooler Master

For Cooler Master, 2008 was an incredibly interesting year. We have successfully launched our new high-end gaming brand CM Storm. We have also launched our latest leisure/lifestyle products under the Choiix brand. It is safe to say that we have big plans for both in 2009.

From our existing business units, Cooler Master's chassis and power supplies scored an unprecedented number of review wins, including the Cosmos S chassis.

In a lot of ways, Cooler Master had the right products available at the right time. As the world became more aware of conservation and noise pollution, Cooler Master launched a complete range of Silent Pro power supplies.

None of that would be important though, without a strong channel. Our UK channel partners have been fantastic in 2008 and we'd like to thank them for all their hard work.

Jon Atherton, VP, Enta Group

Overall a positive year for Entagroup, although obviously Q4 we have seen a downturn compared to 2007. Credit will be a concern for 2009 for the SMB/SME resellers and we will do all we can to ensure sufficient credit is in place without jeopardising our own position.

Steve Walsh, commercial director, Meroncourt

The positive for 2008 was our ability to continue to show growth even over Q4 mainly we are sure down to new products coming on line in time for Christmas and our stock planning both in the UK and with our suppliers in Europe.

The negative for 2008 is most certainly the uncertainty in the market but we continue to stay focused on growth and have a positive attitude towards our market.
